Catalog’s live… and we’ll see you there!

The Midwest Sale is less than 3 weeks away and we look forward to seeing you in Sedalia.
This year’s Printed Catalog is a breeders directory and lot number index of consigners, and a source of answers to many questions you might have about the sale. The individual animal entry information is ONLY available in the ONLINE SEARCHABLE CATALOG.

If you are not on our mailing list, or if you have changed your address since the 2019 sale, contact us at  or call 515.442-0950 with an updated address.

Check out the Event Schedule for all the weeks happenings… shows, sales, special events, supreme champion drives, the All-American Benefit Auction and the Purina Forum!

– Click on the blue banner (View Catalog) in the upper right corner
– Pick the breed you want to search
– From here you can filter by class in the drop-down menu at the top of the page.

Consignment Photos?
For some entries the consignors have provided photos and video. If you don’t see those now check back every now and then, they are updating those all the time.

Transportation Needs?
Do you need transportation for the sheep you buy? Contact Mary Anne Keck at (417) 844-5895

Transit Pens?
Transit pens are available at the sale. Stop in the FFA building to purchase those pens.

Mail Bids?
Those buyers unable to attend, or who do not wish to bid online through DVAuction can still purchase animals through “mail bid”. To do this contact any of our ringmen listed in our catalog.

Already entered?
You can as always login and update your entries with 2 pictures of your entry as well as a video.

New Entries?
No problem there is still time. You can enter on-line and either supply pedigree information now or simply mark the Information Sale Day box. As always, entries will be accepted up to 24 hours before the show. But why not start campaigning them now! When you send in entries now you will see them posted online as soon as we can get them numbered and approved.

Need Bedding or Hay?
We’d love to lighten your load on your way to the sale by offering onsite bedding and hay. Please pre-ordered your bedding and hay as soon as possible so our vendor brings adequate supply. Click here to go to the order form.

Entry Conformation Letter
The Entry Confirmation Letter with health paper regulations will be posted online. Make sure you are keeping an eye on your time for getting registration papers in hand by sale day as there is a fee for not having those.  The penning chart will be posted on the website in early June.
